Designed In..
Plugged In Designs will develop your site with a Content Management System (CMS) that supports the creation, management, publishing and archiving done right through a browser based editor. You can publish virtually any kind of web content. You will have complete control over the presentation and the interactivity of your site. You will be able to update your website right through your browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc...)
No experience or knowledge in HTML or FTP required! CMS gives you the ability to maintain your own website and grow with ease. Completely database driven!

The Process
Stage 1 - Discussion, Estimate & Invoice for 50%
Discussion:
This is where Plugged In Designs will talk with you about what you want your website to look like, and what functions you want it to have. This phase is critical, because it is during our discussions that we will be able to get a clear picture of what you really need - and - just as importantly - what you don't need.
Estimate:
We will use what we learned from our discussions to create an estimate proposal for your website project. This will include the design and development of your website and the total cost to you at each stage of the project. At this time, you will review the proposal and either approve it, or suggest changes. Also, you will decide which payment option you would like to use.
Invoice:
When you have approved the estimate proposal, Plugged In Designs will send you a detailed invoice for the balance due. Once you have paid your invoice and agreed to the Plugged In Designs Contract and Terms & Conditions, we will move along to Stage 2 - Design.
Stage 2 - Design & Invoice for 25%
What happens:
We work together to get the appearance - the "look & feel" of your site working just the way you want. We want you to LOVE your site, and we need your ideas and feedback in order to create exactly the look you want. This stage sometimes requires lots of back-and-forth via email and sometimes phone.
We will post your site at your domain which will be “locked” to the public, but you will be able to access the site at any time to look and monitor what's happening. You should feel free to contact us to discuss what you see and suggest changes. We will work together until you are satisfied with the basic look of your site.
Invoice:
When you have approved the design, Plugged In Designs will send you a detailed invoice for 25% of the project cost. Payment of your invoice signals approval of your site to this point, and we will move along to Stage 3 - Development.
Stage 3 - Development & Invoice for final 25%
What happens:
At this stage we will be adding the content you have provided to your website. The first thing we do is add content to your website and create a logical way for visitors to navigate your site. After that, we will install and configure any extension items specified in our contract like blogs, forums, image galleries, video galleries, social networking, etc.)
Invoice:
When you have approved the final design, we will send an invoice for the remaining 25% of the project cost. Payment of your final invoice signals your approval of your finished website, and we will then turn your website over to you.
Stage 4 - Handing Over Control of Your Site At the End of The Project
Once your website is completed and you have paid the full balance due and indicated that you are satisfied, Plugged In Designs will hand over control of your new site to you. You may choose to upkeep your site yourself or purchase maintenance plans for your site.
Website Maintenance Plans
We offer 2 types of Maintenance Plans: On Call or Monthly Maintenance.
On Call
$50.00 for the first hour & $25.00 for every hour following.
Monthly Maintenance
With the Montlhy Maintenance you pay on the 5th each month and you only pay for what you want covered!!
So you won't be paying for things you don't need.
$15/month - Audio Uploads – Upload audio files for Sermon Players or Music Gallery
$10/month - Events Uploads –Add/Edit events in an Events Calendar
$15/month - Forum—Add/Edit categories, moderate posts
$10/month - Photo Uploads—Upload photos/ add albums to Photo Gallery
$20/month - Property Manager—Add/Edit property listings in Realtor/Auto Listings
$20/month - Store Manager—Add/Edit products to Online Store
$10/month - Text Manager –Edit existing text
$25/month - User Manager –Support for user accounts. Phone and Email support available to all site users.
$15/month - Video Uploads—Upload video files to Video Gallery
